Meet Amanda
I began teaching swim lessons in 2013 during my senior year at the University of South Florida. I loved swimming and enjoyed teaching. I opened and ran a small business with my mom from 2017 until 2023, but I continued teaching swim lessons. In 2023, I launched my very own swim school. Some say I’ve finally fulfilled my destiny as a swim instructor.
Through Sunshine Swimming, I am able to pursue my passion and impact families. I use my life-saving skills to teach kids how to swim and teach parents and grown-ups how to teach the kids in their lives how to swim. Together, we empower swimmers to accomplish skills in the water they never thought possible.
